It's back to school, which typically means the morning chaos is back.  If you are anything like me, you are simply trying to organize the family calendar with school schedules, sports, and all the other things your child signed up for this year.

But it does not need to be difficult. because I will be going over ways to improve your kiddos overall health and academic performance.
